Fresh new flamenco jazz sounds on tour

On his debut album Aletheia · Ilusiones (Aletheia is Greek for ‘unveiling of the truth’), AgusFulka brings together an energetic blend of jazz, folklore and flamenco, with a touch of electronics. Starting from this distinctive music project, he tours the Netherlands for five concerts: the Como en Casa tour.

Casa (n.): Someone’s or something’s place of origin, or the place where a person feels they belong. 

The tour is a collective challenge in five chapters, an exploration of new forms of artistic exchange. At each concert, AgusFulka invites guest artists from different disciplines to jointly reimagine the music of Aletheia · Ilusiones from a different perspective. Together, they explore the intersections between their backgrounds and musical worlds, reflecting on the place of culture and folklore in our globalised society. Welcome to the Aletheia universe!

In Summer 2026, AgusFulka performed an open-air terrace concert with his quintet at Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ, presented in collaboration with the Flamenco Biënnale. During the Biënnale’s anniversary edition in 2025, Fulka hosted lively jam sessions at the Bimhuis café following the concerts. Now, the Flamenco Biënnale supports him as he takes the next step in his career.
