Bi Flamenko 2022: the Dutch Flamenco Biennial in Slovenia
From 22 February tot 1 March 2022 the Dutch Flamenco Biennial travels to Slovenia for the third edition of Bi Flamenko Festival. The imposing palace of culture Cankarjev Dom in Ljubljana will host a selection of stars of the festival in the Netherlands, including Israel Galván, Leonor Leal and the Daniel García Diego Trio.
In 'An evening with Pepe Habichuela', he looks back on his impressive career. The festival also presents local flamenco talent: Slovenian dancers Urška Centa and Ana Pandur present their latest work.
The workshop programme offers dance and guitar classes taught by Leonor Leal and Alfredo Lagos. And last but not least: the diverse movie programme includes our own documentary El cante bueno duele.
