Trazos Flamencos

In Spain, he often shares a stage with top flamenco artists, where with confident strokes he paints the flamenco singers, dancers and guitarists in black ink or creates poetic images, inspired by the flamenco rhythms or the emotion of the cante jondo. In his interventions, Hidalgo’s brushes enter into an expressive dialogue with dance, song and guitar. His flamenco testimonies in black and white will be exhibited in the Bimhuis during the festival.

Patricio Hidalgo Morán will also be painting live during the performance of the Dutch flamenco collective La Fábrica on 24 January and 29 January and 1 February.
